How do I unsubscribe from your postal and/or marketing e-mails?
If you wish to be removed from either (or both) our postal or e-mail lists, please e-mail us on enquiries@footballkit.co.uk, call us on +44 (0)1943 601938, click the unsubscribe link on the marketing e-mail received or fill out our contact us form Contact Us to be removed
Can I specify a different delivery address?
If you want your goods to be shipped to another address, please fill out the delivery address section on the screen upon checkout. Please note however that for a first order, the delivery must be to the cardholders address.
Can I collect from the warehouse?
Yes, but this needs to be arranged in advance of the collection.
What should I do if a parcel hasn't been delivered by the specified date?
This is very rare, but if this should occur, contact our Sales Department on +44 (0)1943 601938 or email us at enquiries@footballkit.co.uk and they will be able to look into any possible delays for you.
